How MeMoTronix processes and protects personal data.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect personal data that you provide to us, for example via the contact form, chat lead form, whitepaper request or email.

This may include: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, company number and any additional information you voluntarily share.

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and visited pages may be collected through functional and analytics cookies.

3. Why do we process your data?

We process your data to answer your questions, send information, prepare quotes, carry out assignments and improve our services.

The legal bases are: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent where required.

For the chat lead form and contact form we ask for explicit consent to process your data under the GDPR.

4. How long do we keep data?

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

Contact details and lead data are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up and administration, and are deleted on request.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses functional cookies for basic operation and Google Analytics for anonymised visitor statistics.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

We use trusted sub-processors for hosting, email and analytics. Where necessary, we conclude data processing agreements with these parties.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure ('right to be forgotten'), restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing.

You can exercise these rights by sending an email to privacy@memotronix.be with a copy of your identity card.

If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure.

However, no online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be amended. Changes are published on this page and take effect from the moment of publication.
